Yes it must be allowed in colleges ,cellphones are sometihng which has many impacts on an individual,Its a kind of a great tool keeping people in touch,getting help in an emergency and many more.Nowdays we can see 9 out of 10 has ,it must a buiseness nowdays,maintaining a good relationship,friend circle etc.So it has become basic need for the youngsters and no one can remains apart from it.
But the reason for banning cellphones is misusing it in a cruel and lurid way.We know these problem has occured by camera enabled phone,not by ordinary one.few days ago it is been in the news that few people were caught taking naked photo of women.
So lastly ordinary phones must be the replacement for camera phones that is there must be prohibition for the use camera enabled phones................
